Dear Mr. Carns,
We have reviewed your letter dated December 19,1996, and the enclosed scenario for the Wolf Creek Generating Station emergency preparedness exercise scheduled for February 25, j
1997.
Based on our review, we determined that the exercise scenario is appropriate to meet 4
emergency plan requirements and exercise objectives. Minor questions were resolved during a January 7,1997, telephone' discussion with Mr. Tim East of your staff.
