Enclosed is a letter from Westinghouse Electric Corporation requesting an amendment to export license XSNM00844 to increase the quantity of material authorized for export by an additional 11,536 kilograms uranium (3.6%) for use in the Almaraz Unit 2 Nuclear Power Plant.
A letter of assurance is required that the material will be subject to all of the terms and conditions of an agreement for cooperation.
