Gentlemen:

You requested in your November 30, 1984 letter (PS-83-1076) that the Comission delay the review of your Topical Remrt TR002 until you submit data on new waste forms. Because of suistantive. changes made to the initial application, your April 12, 1985 revision to the topical report is being processed by the Commission as a new application.

Therefore, an application fea of $150 is required as specified in' fee Category 12 of 5170.31 Part 170, copy enclosed. Section170.12(f) provides that the applicant will be billed for all accumulated costs at six-month intervals or when the review is completed, whichever is i

earlier, up to the $20,000 ceiling specified in the fee category, i
