)
50-328 Operating license condition 2.F for unit 2 of our Sequoyah Nuclear Plant reads as follows:
-TVA will provide a report prepared by the Kaman Sciences Corporation (KSC) on a full scale nuclear safety and availability analysis within
'six months from the date of the KSC report.
As stated in L. M. Mills's March 22, 1983 letter to you, KSC was replaced by Pickard, Lowe, and Garrick, by the Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI),
y to perform the nuclear safety and availability analysis for Sequoyah.
Enclosed are three copies of the required report.
We, therefore, consider this license condition, 2.F for unit 2 at Sequoyah, to be satisfied.
We further request that you provide acknowledgement that this license condition has been satisfied by way of a revision to the operating license. A preferred method for revising the operating license to reflect those license conditions that have been satisfied, has been discussed with the NRC project manager.
Very truly yours, TENNESSEE VALLEY AUTHORITY PE*;*salII*gooeE g,g.JAaf P
