The purpose of this modification is to correct an administrative error in the amount obligated by Modification No. 17.

Therefore, the following changes are hereby incorporated:

1.

Item 12, first page of Modification 17, delete " Amount:

$554,069.00" and insert in lieu thereof " Amount:

$456,000.00."

2.

Section B.3., Obligation Amount, second line delete "$2,375,357.00" and insert in lieu thereof "$2,277,288.00."
