Updating Controlled Drawings
REFERENCE:
- 1) G-85195, Letter dated May 22, 1985, Johnson to Lee.
- 2) P-85178, Letter dated May 22, 1985, Gahm to Martin.
Dear Mr. Hunter:
By way of Reference 1, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission requested Public Service Company of Colorado to re-evaluate the Fort St.
Vrain program for control / distribution of controlled drawings.
Reference 2 provided an overview of the anticipated program for drawing control to be undertaken as part of the Nuclear Performance Enhancement Program (NPEP) at Fort St.
Vrain.
We have completed our re-evaluation as requested. This letter provides the current status of our efforts.
Administrative Procedure G-9, Controlled Work Procedures, requires that the Nuclear Construction Coordinator ensures update of Control Room / Shift Supervisor design documentation and signs and dates the CWP cover sheet upon completion.
1 In addition, three more locations have been identified where it is necessary to maintain complete, current, controlled drawings (P&I's, IC's, IB's and E-1203's).

- Building 10 (for' general use to reduce SS/CR traffic) and Don Hood's Office (interim - for SOP, EP rewrite). Nuclear Engineering' Division has also been supplied with

-verses location. These three locations plus the in plant P&I's will be updated and filed promptly (<5 days) by NED.
We believe that' our re-evaluation of the control distribution of controlled drawings issue has resulted in a comprehensive. program.
