Changes to the Emergency Plan without Commission approval as provided for in 10CFR50.54(q).
Enclosed is a revised copy of the Emergency Plan for the University of Missouri Research Reactor (MURR). This copy includes changes made to our Emergency Plan effective June 28, 1985 and re-places the Emergency Plan as revised June 27, 1984.
These changes to the Emergency Plan incorporate the sugges-tions made by your staff during the February 28, 1985 Emergency Preparedness Appraisal. They also reflect the changes made to our Implementing Procedures in response to deficiencies brought to our attention during the February 28, 1985 appraisal.
