- addition we have the following suggestions.
- 1. The report should be thoroughly edited for clarity before it is j circulated outside the agency.
- 2. Regulatory Guide 4.17 should be cross referenced in the text so that the reader can tell which part of Regulatory Guide 4.17 is being augmented by the GTP.
