Dear Mr. Keppler:
In the Environmental Report, Section 6.4, we committed to submittal of preoperational environment radiation monitoring data. Attached are copies of the Preliminary Preoperation Summary Report of the Radiological Environmental Monitoring Program conducted by NUS at the Perry Nuclear Power Plant from March 24, 1981 through October 2, 1984. The report summarizes the results of measurements and analyses of data obtained from samples collected during this interval. After Perry Unit 1 goes critical, we will comply with the Branch Technical Posi". ion on Radiological Environmental Monitoring.
