TROJAN NUCLEAR PLANT Security Plan Revision 11 In accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p) changes to the security program at the Trojan Nuclear Plant, as described in the Trojan Security Plan, PGE-1017, have been implemented. Our evaluation has determined that these changes do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the security program.

Briefly, the changes delete the position of Supervisor, Nuclear Security Operations with appropriate shifts in responsibilities and add two vital areas to the Plan.

Attachment 1 is a detailed deJeription of the changes, along with a dis-cussion of the reasons for making the changes. Attachment 2 consists of five copies of the replacement. pages for the Trojan Security Plan. Another copy is being forwarded to the Director of Nuclear Reactor Regulation.
