This is in response to your letter dated May 23, 1985, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act (F0IA), copies of the Power Plant Examination Summary Sheets for ten nuclear power plants.
Natalie Brown of my staff informed you in a telephone conversation on May 29, 1985, that records related 'to your request had recently been placed in the Public Document Room in response to a previous F0IA request received by NRC from Sanford Hartman (F01A-85-236).
In a subsequent telephone conversation with Ms. Brown on June 12, 1985, you agreed to withdraw your request.
Therefore, we are closing our file on your request.
