In accordance with your application of July 19, 1995, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission issued Quality Assurance Program Approval No. 0823 (QA-0823) on August 7,1995, for use of Transportation Packaging Model DOT 6M.
The QA-0823 had an expiration date of January 4,1996. NRC licensees, including QA holders, are subject to licensing and annual fees under 10 CFR Part 170 and Part 171 of the Commission's regulations. However, the licensees participating in the DOE /LANL Plutonium Deryllium Neutron Source Recovery Program have been exempted from licensing and annual fees. Therefore, Annual i
