It is my understanding that Hoffman-LaRoche (possibly through its domestic subsidiary, Medi + Physics) has sought to purchase a reactor from Union Carbide, and that the NRC may hold a public hearing on the proposed sale.
Please provide all available background material on the proposed sale and hearing date, if any.
