Dear Mr. Denton:
Pursuant to instructions from your staff, we are hereby transmitting your copy of our letter AEP:NRC:0775W dated September 30, 1985, which was addressed directly to Dr. Palladino. At this time, we are unable to determine if the action we requested in AEP:NRC:0775W concerning environmental qualification requires a fee payment of $150.00 according go 10 CFR 170.12.
However, conservatively assuming that it does, we wish tos use our $150.00 credit from Check No. 0850114 dated March 26, 1985, as noted in Ms. Reba M. Digg's (NRC) letter of September 11, 1985, to Mr. John E. Dolan (IMEC).
This document has been prepared following Corporate procedures which incorporate a reasonable set of controls to insure its accuracy and completeness prior to signature by the undersigned.
