In accordance with your application of August 4,1995, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission issued Quality Assurance Program Approval No. 0824 (QA-0824) on August 18, 1995, for use of Transportation Packaging Model DOT 6M. The QA-0824 had an expiration date of February 28, 1996.
NRC licensees, including QA holders, are subject to licensing and annual fees under 10 CFR l
Part 170 and Part 171 of the Commission's regulations. However, the licensees participating in the DOE /LANL Plutonium Beryllium Neutron Source Recovery Program have been exempted from licensing and annual fees.
