In accordance with your application of August 15, 1995, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission issued Quality Assurance Program Approval No. 0828 (QA-0828) on September 12, 1995, for use of Transportation Packaging Model a DOT 6M. The QA had an expiration date of January 19, 1996. NRC licensees, including QA holders, are subject to licensing and annual fees under 10 CFR Part 170 and Part 171 of the Commission's regulations. However, the licensees c' participating in the DOE /LANL Plutonium Beryllium Neutron Source Recovery Program have been exempted from licensing and annual fees. Therefore, Annual Fee Invoice No. AM6325-96 (copy enclosed), dated August 22, 1996, is hereby 4 cancelled.
