(QA-0826) for use of Transportation Packaging Model DOT 6M.
The QA-0826 had I
an expiration date of October 31, 1995. On November 13, 1995, QA-0826 was extended to May 31, 1996, based on your application of October 11, 1995. NRC i
licensees, including QA holders, are subject to annual fees under 10 CFR Part i
171 of the Commission's regulations. However, the licensees participating in i
the DOE /LANL Plutonium Beryllium Neutron Source Recovery Program have been i
exempted from annual fees. Therefore, Annual Fee Invoice No. AM6343-96 (copy enclosed), dated November 4, 1996, is hereby cancelled.
