This is in response to your undated letter in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act (F3IA), three categories of records relating to the Babcock and Wilcox facility in Apollo.
The enclosed appendix is a list of documents subject to your request. The NRC has already made these records available at the NRC Public Document Room (PDR),
1717 H Street, NW, Washington, DC 20555, for public inspection and copying.
The PDR accession number is identified at each document description. We are enclosing a copy of a notice that provides charges and procedures for obtaining copies of records from the PDR.
In regard to category three, which requests documents relating to the Tru-Flate building, this office was informed that the NRC has no subject records.
