Dear Mr. Douple:
This is in partial response to your letter dated April 10, 1985, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, access to records on the effects on any dairy products or any dairy animals within a twenty-five mile radius of the Three Mile Island nuclear power plant as a result of the March 28, 1979, accident.
You requested that we include any testinn that has been done since the accident including all results and recommendations made.
Document one of Appendix A is already on file for public inspection and copying at the NRC Public Document Room (PDR), 1717 H Street, NW, Washington, DC 20555. Documents two and three are being placed into the PDR and will be filed in folder F01A-85-284 under your name. We are enclosing a copy of a notice that provides charges and procedures for obtaining copies of records from the PDR.
An additional document which was originated in another federal agency has been referred to that agency for direct response to you.
The search for additional records subject to your F0IA reouest has not yet been completed. We will notify you upon completion of the search.
