Under provisions of the Freedom of Information Act, 5 U.S.C.
- 8552, I am requesting access to any information you have on the effects on any dairy products or any dairy animals within a twenty-five mile radius of the Three Mile Island Nuclear Power Plant as a result of the 1980 accident.
This information should include any testing that has been done since the accident including all results and recomend-ationstade.
If there are any fees and the cost is greater than ten dollars, please inform me before you fill my request.
If all or any part of this request is denied please cite the specific exemption which you feel justifies refusal of releasing the information and inform me of the appeals procedures available to me under the law.
I would appreciate your handling of this request as soon as possible and I look forward to hearing from you within ten days as the law stipulates.
