This is in response to your letter dated April 25,.1985, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act (F0IA), copies of the results of operator licensing examinations and requalification examinations.
The records you seek have been addressed in a previous F0IA request. You may obtain access to the records by calling or writing the NRC Public Document Room (PDR) located at 1717 H Street, NW, Washington, DC 20555, and requesting file folder F01A-85-236 under the name Hartman. There is no charge for inspecting records at the PDR. We are enclosing a notice that provides information on charges and procedures for obtaining copies of records from the PDR.
