Enclosed please find six (6) copies of Revision 15 to the Byron Security Plan, which addresses concerns described in NRC Inspection Report No. 50-454/85023.
Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54p, we have determined that these changes to the Security Plan do not decrease the Safeguards effectiveness of the Plan.
These enclosures contain Safeguards Information which must be protected from public disclosure pursuant to 10 CFR 73.21.
