Enclosed please find three (3) copies of the South Texas Project (STP)
Unit 1 PSI Examination Plan for steam generator (SG) tube examination entitled
" Eddy Current Examination Manual for Houston Lighting & Power Company". As previously discussed with Mr. Martin Hum (MTEB) this PSI examination plan is Houston Lighting & Power Company's (HL&P's) initial plan for examination of steam generator tubing in accordance with 10CFR50.55(a) and ASME Section XI.

This plan will be revised during the performance of the PSI to reflect the as-built conditions determined from observations of the tubing prior to or during the examinations. A master copy of the plan containing all revisions will be maintained on-site by Babcock & Wilcox, our examination agency. The master Examination Plan will be available on-site for NRC inspection.
