The Commission has issued the enclosed Order that terminates Operating License No. R-128 for the TRIGA reactor at Columbia University in the City of New York, in accordance with your application dated January 14, 1985, as supplemented March 27, 1985 In connection with the license termination, we are enclosing two copies of Amendment No. 4 to Indemnity Acreenent No. E-60 Please sign and return one copy to this office.
Copies of the Order, which is also being sent to the Office of the Federal Register for publication, and.the Safety Evaluation associated with this action are enclosed.
