The proposed amendment would have revised the facility technical specifications pertaining to liquid radioactive effluent limitations.
The Commission has previously issued a Notice of Consideration of 1
Issuance of Amendment published in the FEDERAL REGISTER on March 1, 1995 (60 FR 11139). However, by letter dated December 9, 1996, the licensee withdrew the proposed change.
