FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT REQUEST Alvin W. Vogtle Nuclear Power Plant Units 1 and 2, and Edwin I. Hatch Nuclear Power Plant Unit 2; NRC Docket Nos. 50-366-A, 50-424-A, 50-425-A, 50-426-A and 50-427-A

Dear Sir or Madam:

This letter is a request under the Freedom of Info!-

mation Act, as amended, 5 U.S.C. 5552.

I am writing to request a copy of any and all pleadings, interventions, memoranda, files, settlement agreements, correspon-dence, license conditions or other documents concerning the above-referenced Dockets.

As you know, the amended Act provides that if some parts of a file are exempt from release that " reasonably segregable" parts shall be provided.

I, therefore, request that if you determine that some portions of the requested materials are exempt, you promptly provide me with a copy of the remainder of the documents.

I, of course, reserve the right to appeal any 1

such decisions.

If you determine that some or all of the documents are exempt from release, I would appreciate your advising me as to which exemption (s) you believe cover (s) the materials which you are not releasing.

I am, of course, willing to pay the reasonable copying costs in connection with your responding to this request.

I await your response and appreciate your consideration.

Si

erely, Phil i
