Dear Ms. Rungo:
This is in partial response to your letter dated April 17, 1985, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, copies of computer printout lists of NRC licensees located in the northeastern and central Tennessee valley regions of the United States which can store low source activity nuclear service equipment.
In several telephone conversations initiated by Mr. Frank W. Karas of my staff, you were provided with the names of six organizations to contact immediately. You provided him with additional clarification to assist us in obtaining computer printout lists of NRC licensees possibly suitable for your purposes. A copy of our first such list is enclosed, and we are awaiting ths results of additional search efforts. As specified in 10 CFR 9.14(b)(4),
the computer search charge for producing the enclosed list is $15.77. You will be billed by the NRC's Division of Accounting and Finance for the amount of $15.77, plus charges for any additional lists we may provide to you.
