MOTION TO TERMINATE PROCEEDING On April 25, 1985 John F. Doherty filed a Petition for Leave to Intervene in response to a Federal Register notice (50 Fed. An Atomic Safety and Licensing Board was established to preside in the proceeding on May 6, 1985.

By letter to the Board dated July 11, 1985, petitioner John F.
