Dear Dr. Denton:

Pursuant to Technical Specification 6.5.2(b)(1) c,r License R-33 General Electric wishes to notify you of a change in the facility organization for the General Electric Nuclear Test Reactor (NTR).

Effective July 1, 1985, Level 2 management responsibilities for the NTR were assumed by the Manager, Engineering and Support Services (G. W. Titus). They had previously been assigned to the Manager, Advanced Nuclear Applications (L. L. Reed). No other management changes were made, and the facility organization shown in Table 6.1 of the Technical Specifications remain accurate.
