i This is in response to your recent notice of expiration of our 10CFR71 Quality Assurance Program, No. 0379.
Although we continue to hold an agreement state license for possession of radioactive materials, we do not foresee of a need to ship greater than Type A quantities of radioactive l
ma terials. Therefore, the approved Quality Assurance program for Radioactive Material Packages, No. 0379 is no longer required for our operations, and we do not intend to renew the approval for the program at this time.
Should we be required to have an approved quality assurance program in the future, we shall submit the application for NRC approval.
