NRC LICENSED OPERATOR REQUALIFICATION PROGRAM INSPECTION
REPORTS NO. 50-454/96011(DRS); 50-455/96011(DRS)
Dear Mr. Graesser:
On November 8,1996, the NRC completed an inspection at your Byron Units 1 and 2
reactor facilities. The enclosed report presents the results of that inspection.
The inspection consisted of a selective examination of procedures and representative
records, observations, and interviews with personnel. Your training and evaluation
practices were sound and complied with the conditions of your license.

No violations of NRC requirements were identified during the course of this inspection.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the Commission's regulations, a copy of this letter,
the enclosures, and your response to this letter will be placed in the NRC Public Document

Room.
