Re-issued NPDES Permit (MI-0037028) for Fermi 2 In accordance with Section 3.2 of the Fermi 2 Environmental Protection Plan, enclosed for your information is a copy of the re-issued NPDES permit (MI-0037028) for Fermi 2.
The permit was approved by the Michigan Water Resources Commission at their June meeting.
The permit was subsequently issued June 25, 1985, and was immediately effective.
