Dear Dr. Brown,
This is a request to extend the 30 day reconciliation period b required by 10 CFR 70.51 e4 for our,5/17/85 inventory which would normally terminate on 6/16/85, to 6/28/85. This request comes as a result of my not being supplied with all lab data pertinent to the 5/17/85 inventory. I have been ascured numbers will be provided promptly to allow my completion to the 5/17/85 Inventory Reconciliation by 6/28/85. I have attached to this letter data which shows this inventory to be typical of past inventories. This 11 day extension will enable us to complete the analysis of the material. Enclosed is a check for $150.00 for administrative fees involved with the processing of this request. I hope will act favorable on this Request for Exemption.
