Modification No. 4 to Task Order No. 92, under Contract No.
NRC-03-93-026 q
In accordance with the task order procedures of the subject contract, this letter definitizes Modification No. 4 to Task Order No. 92 which: (1) provides incremental funding in the amount of $653.07 to fully fund the original effort (2) increases the level of effort in the task order from 53 days at the site to 55 days at the site and from 80 in-office hours to 130 in-office hours. (3) i increases the obligated amount by $17.961.27. (4) increases the task order ceiling amount by $17.961.27 from $232.653.07 to $250.614.34, and (5) extends the period of performance from December 14. 1996 to December 30. 1996. The i
efforts are to be performed in accordance with the contractor's technical i
proposal dated November 25, 1996.

The total amount presently obligated by the Government with respect to this i
