Modification No.1 to Task Order No.107. under Contract No.
NRC-03-93-026 In accordance with the task order procedures of the subject contract. this letter definitizes Modification No.1 to Task Order No.107 which: (1) increases the level of effort. (2) increases the obligated amount by 56.982.67 and (3) increases the task order ceiling amount by 56.982.67 from 529.296.33 to 536.279.00. The efforts are to be performed in accordance with the attached revisions to the statement of work and the contractor's technical l
proposal dated December 10. 1996.
i The total amount presently obligated by the Government with respect to this task order is $36.279.00. The total cost ceiling is $36.279.00 of which the sum of 6 represents reimbursable cost the sum of 6 represents facilities capital cost of money, and the sum ofMepresents fixed fee.
The obligated amount shall at no time exceed the cost ceiling. When and if the amount (s) paid and payable to the contractor hereunder shall equal the obligated amount. the contractor shall not be obligated to continue performance of the work unless and until the Contracting Officer shall increase the amount obligated with respect to this task order.
