ORDER In addition to the subjects set forth in the June 20, 1985 Notice of Prehearing Conference, the Board requests the participating parties to be prepared to provide the following information at the July 23, 1985 prehearing conference.

1. If Commonwealth Edison's (" CECO") motion for summary disposition of Neiner Farms Contention 1 (765 kV transmission line) is granted, should a condition be imposed in any operating license which may be issued to assure the future accuracy of CECO's itemization of material facts as to which there is no dispute? Provide proposed wording for such a possible condition in the event the Board decides to ,

e impose one.

2. In connection with CECO's motion for summary disposition of Rorem et al. Contention 1(c):
a. Identify any hospitals closer to the Braidwood site than the St. Joseph Medical Center in Joliet, Illinois.

b.. Is there any need to consider providing for the contingency of transportation from the Braidwood site to a hospital of plant operating personnel suffering a radiation injury or a traumatic injury complicated by radioactive contamination by "modevac" helicopter rather than ambulance? Is it practical to provide for the contingency of a medevac helicopter to achieve a

significantly faster transport time from the Braidwood site to a hospital?

The parties shall discuss their responses to this order prior to the prehearing conference. The Board may require that some of the ]
