REVISED TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION CHANGE REQUEST - RELOAD Il FUEL MAPLIIGR LIMITS Attached are three (3) originals and thirty-seven (37) conformed copies of a request for change to the Big Rock Point Technical Specifications. This change request revises our change request dated August 16, 1985. Preliminary review by the NRC staff of our previous submittal indicated a change to the MCPR limits for Il fuel may be required. Consumers Power Company agrees with the staff's concerns and has modified the changes requested accordingly. Expeditious review of this change is requested so that approval may be obtained prior to startup from our current refueling outage. These changes are requested to implement reactor operating limits for reload Il fuel.
