Gentlemen:
The purpose of this letter is to update License Condition 2.1 of Amendment SG-1 to your License 110. Stift-696 so as to reflect the January 1935 revisions to your Fundamental fluclear Itaterial Control Plan (F!'MCP), which were made pursuant to theprovisionsof10CFR70.32(c). The FNMCP revisions in question were submitted to the Region V Office by your cover latter dated January 25,1935(your reference #696-7004).
In a letter to you, dated l lay 30, 1985, Region V confirmed that these FfMCP revisions were consistent with the provisions of 70.32(c). Accordingly, we are revising Condition 2.1 of Amendment SG-1 to your License flo. SilM-696, effective imediately, to read as follows:
2.1 The licensee shall follow Revision A of his Fundamental fiuclear Material Control Plan, dated October 1982; as revised by sub-mittals dated February 3,1984 (pages 4-2.4-3,6-2 and 6-3---all dated"11/83"), January 25,1985 (pages 1- 3,2-1,2-4,2-5,5-2,5-3, 6-3; and figures 2.1.1-1 and 2.1.1-2---all dated "Danuary 1985"),
and another January 25, 1985 submittal (pages 7-6 through 7-20---all dated " February 1985"); and as may be revised in accordance with the provisionsof10CFR70.32(c).
