The purpose of this modification is to extend the period of performance; establish the level of effort, loaded hourly rates and overhead, fringe and general and administrative rates for the extended period; dd Programmer labor category; increase the amount obligated; identify Government-furnished equipment provided the contractor in the performance of this contract and incorporate the " Continuity of Services" Clause. Therefore, the following changes are hereby incorporated:

Section C.3., Labor Categories / Qualifications, add the folluwing Subparagraph C.3.12:
"C.3.12.
Programmer A computer programmer is an individual who is capable of analyzing and defining system requirements necessary to create prograns for automatic data processing, without direct supervision.
This individual designs detailed programs and flowcharts so that a junior programmer can produce the desired product.
He/she must analyze specifications from a Senior Programmer in terms of such factors as data flow, type and extent of information to be processed, and overall feasibility of the specification.
The programmer is also responsible for system documentation to allow subsequent programmers to make changes as may be required. He/she also conducts detailed analysis and is capable of producing system requirements and detailed flow diagrams. -The programmer is also able to revise existing programs and make refinements to improve the overall system response time.
Minimum of two years experience and a college degree or the equivalent.

Section F.1., Duration of Contract Period, subparagraph F.1.1-is deleted in its entirety and the following is substituted in lieu thereof:
" F.1.1.
The period of performance of this contract shall commence on June 17, 1982 and shall extend through Novceber 30, 1985."

Section G.1., Estimated Level of Effort and Rates, subparagraph G.1.1 is deleted in its entirety and the following is substituted in lieu thereof:
"G.1.1.
It is estimated that the following types of personnel and amounts of effort will be required for the performance of this contract:

Pending the establishment of final overhead rates for the above period, which shall be negotiated based on audit of actual costs, the contractor shall be reimbursed for allowable indirect costs hereunder at the provisional rate of 43.34 percent.
b.
Pending the establishment of final fringe benefit rates for the above period, which shall be negotiated based on audit of actual costs, the contractor shall be reimbursed for allowable indirect costs hereunder at the provisional rate of 32 percent.
c.
Per4!ng the establishment of final general and administrative rates, which shall be negotiated based on audit of actual costs, the contractor shall be reimbursed for allowable indirect costs hereunder at the provisional rate of 13.97 percent.
G.I.11. The fixed fee applicable to the performance of cost plus fixed fee task orders issued during the period June 17, 1985 through November 30, 1985 shall be 7.5 percent.
7.
Section G - CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION DATA, add the following paragraph:
"G.S.
Government Furnished Property A list of Government furnished property in the possession of the contractor for performance of this contract is attached hereto and is a part of this contract (Attachment No. 6)."
