Dear Mr. Stolz:

On June 25, 1985 the Toledo Edison Company submitted Serial No. 1154 for approval of our " Integrated Living Schedule Program (ILSP) Plan for the Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station".

Since that time, Toledo Edison has initited major programmatic and organizational changes in the day-to-day operation of the Davis-Besse i

Nuclear Power Station. These changes were outlined in the " Davis-t Besse Course of Action", Serial No. 1182, submitted September 10, 1985.

Due to the commitments made in the Course of Action submittal due prior to the return of the Davis-Besse Nucelar Power Station to commercial operation, Toledo Edison will be delaying the resubmittal of the ILSP License Amendment request.

It is still Toledo Edison's intention to meet with your staff as soon as practical to discuss our concerns relating to Generic Letter 85-07, as identified in Toledo Edison Serial No. 1160, dated June 25, 1985.

I Upon resolution of these concerns, successful restart from the current outage and careful evaluation of our post outage internal and external commitments, we would like to meet with Mr. A. W. DeAgazio of your staff N
