Thank'you for your letter of August 6,1985, in response to our letter dated July 9, 1985. As a result of our review, we find that additional information is needed. Specifically, response B. (a) of your letter for Nonconformance B.2 of Inspection Report 99900905/85-01 was not satisfactory. As a result of -

the discussions with your Mr. Housteau during telephone calls on August 23 and September 4, 1985, we understand that additional information will be furnished containing:

(1) a description of steps that will be taken to correct the nonconformance; (2) a description of steps that will be taken to prevent recurrance; and (3) the dates your corrective actions and preventive measures will be completed. Also, we understand that additioral information will be furnished clarifying paragraph 11.10.1.7, section 11, Rev. E of Wyle QA manual.

Please provide the additional information within 25 cays of the date of this letter.

We have no further questions at this time and will review your corrective action and preventive measures during a future inspection.
