This is in reference to your letters dated Hovcmber 30, 1984, and Deccaber 17, 1984, tihich transmitted revisions to your currently approved Safeguards Plans.
Our review of the referenced revisions, all dated November 26, 1984, has concluded that while the tnjority of the changes are acceptable, additional modifications are needed of a clarification or commit *.ient nature.
Our cc:.ucnts, which suggest acceptable changes, are outlined in the enclosure to this letter.
Gac of the revisions found to be acceptable was the addition of Section 21.1.2.4 (Page 21-9), which incorporated the provisions of License Condition 7.5.
