All Enviralloy containers received by US Ecology at the low-level waste disposal site on the Hanford Reservation must be buried in accordance with the conditions for Class C wastes. For these requirements, please refer to the Radioactive Materials License issued by the department to US Ecology, Inc.

A copy of this letter must accompany each shipment of waste in a series EA container.
