Dear Ms. Jarvis:
This is in response to your letter dated September 10, 1985, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, five categories of gumed mailing labels.
Please find enclosed the mailing labels in categories WL, Low-Level Waste; WM, General' Waste Management Policies and Procedures; and WT, Uranium Recovery Opera tions. Mailing labels in categories WC, General Waste Management, and WS, Low-Level Waste Management Site Reports, have been deleted and incorporated in WL, Low Level Waste.
In a telephone conversation with Ms. Mary Jean Pool on September 23, 1985, you agreed to bear the cost of the labels. Therefore, you will be billed for $11,96 by the NRC's Division of Accounting and Finance.
