Technical Specification Upgrade Program Revised Draft Submittal Date

(1) PSC Letter, Lee to Johnson, dated April 1, 1985 (P-85098)
Dear Mr. Johnson:
The purpose of this letter is to provide the NRC with a revised submittal date for the final draft of the Fort St. Vrain upgraded Technical Specifications.
In Reference (1), PSC provided a target date for the submittal of the proposed Fort St. Vrain Technical Spacification amendment to the NRC of July 1, 1985. This date was contingent upon completion of the NRC review and PSC's review and approval process.
PSC has received the NRC's comments on the Reference (1) submittal and is proceeding with the resolution of these comments.
In accordance with the Reference (1) letter, an NRC-PSC meeting is tentatively scheduled for the week of July 22, 1985 to discuss and l[ll finalize the draft specifications. The final draft of the upgraded Technical Specifications will be submitted to the NRC by October 15, 7

Upon receiving NRC comments on the final draft, a formal app'ication to amend the FSV Technical Specifications - will 'be prepared and submitted to the Plant Operations Review Committee and the Nuclear Facility Safety Committee for approval. PSC would then submit the proposed amendment and. implementation schedule to the NRC.
