This letter is to confirm Illinois Power's meeting with Mr. A. Bill Beach scheduled for December 16, 1996, at 10 a.m. (CDT) at the Region III Office in Lisle, Illinois.
The meeting is to discuss and review the current status of Clinton Power Station's Startup Readiness Action Plan.
The meeting is open to public attendance.
