i The purpose of this modification is to provide funding in the amount of
$82,798.00, increasing the obligated amount.from $380,628.83 to $463,426.83.
Accordingly, the contract is hereby modified as follows:

Under Article B.4. CONSIDERATION AND OBLIGATION, the first sentence of I
Paragragh (b), and all of Paragraph (c) is deleted in their entirety and replaced with the following:
4 B.4 CONSIDERATION AND OBLIGATION (b)
The amount presently obligated with respect to this contract is $463,426.83.

It is estimated that the amount currently obligated will cover performance through 9/29/97.
All other terms and conditions, including the contract ceiling amount of
$488,531.66, remain the same.
