Nuclear Power Station were inadvertently misaligned. The transmittalletter for the Perry Application ( PY-CEl-NRR-2122L) was attached to the Davis-Besse Application submittal and the Davis-Besse letter (Serial Number 2426) was likewise attached to the Perry q
Application submittal.
Please place the appropriate letter with the companion Application package in order to ensure that the submittals are complete and properly identifiable.
