Enclosed are the Staff's third supplemental response which contains answers to Rorem's Interrogatories 28, 38, 41 and 52 and the executed affidavits for all responses including the affidavit of James W. Muffett supporting the answer to Interrogatory 24 in the Staff's second supple-mental reponse. An amended statement of professional qualifications for Leonard G. McGregor is enclosed as a supplement to the NRC Staff response filed August 8, 1985.
This third supplemental response completes the NRC Staff's responses to Intervenor's interrogatories dated July 2, 1985.
