SUBJECT:
INSPECTION OF LONGVIEW INSPECTION, INC., LONGVIEW, TEXAS TEXAS LICENSE N0. 7-3720 In accordance with IE Manual Chapter 2800-092, a Region III inspector performed an inspection on August 29, 1985 of Longview Inspection, Inc.
(A Texas Radiography Licensee) located at the Shell Oil Refinery in Wood River, Illinois.
Three violations were identified during the course of the inspection.
Enclosed, for your information, are copies of the letter to the licensee and a copy of the report. Region III has not transmitted this information to the State of Texas. If you have any questions regarding this inspection, please contact me or Darrel Wiedeman.
